my lady's presence mks e roses red
because 2 c her lips ey blush 4 shame
e lily's leaves, for envy, pale became
and her white hands in em dis envy bred
the marigold the leaves abroad doth spread
because e sun's and her power is e same
the violet of purple color came
dyed in e blood she made my heart 2 shed
in brief: all flowers frm her eir virtue tk;
frm her swt breath eir swt smells do proceed;
the livin heat which her eyebeams doth mk
warmeth e grd n quickeneth e seed
the rain, wherewith she watereth e flowers.
falls frm mine eyes, which she dissolves in showers
you're the reason ;
